Founded in 2009, INGTELMA has over 15 years of experience in electrical engineering, telecommunications, and civil engineering. Over the years, we have built a solid reputation by completing projects for more than 30 major clients throughout Morocco.
Our head office is based in Tangier, in the heart of the northern region. We also have a sales office in Casablanca to cover the central and southern parts of the country. Our field teams are mobile and operate throughout Morocco, regardless of the project’s location.
INGTELMA has over 180 permanent employees: specialized engineers, qualified technicians, experienced site managers, and trained workers. We also call upon additional resources depending on the nature and scope of the projects entrusted to us.
Yes, we regularly collaborate with ministries, local authorities, public institutions, and state-owned enterprises. INGTELMA possesses all the necessary official qualifications and accreditations to respond to calls for tenders and public contracts in Morocco.

Yes, our integrated design office carries out all upstream engineering services : technical analyses, electrical diagrams, layout plans, calculation notes, network diagrams and complete technical files (DOE). Each project benefits from personalized monitoring at every stage.
Yes, we offer preventive and corrective maintenance contracts tailored to your facilities. These contracts include scheduled visits, regular equipment monitoring, and 24/7 availability for any emergency intervention on your facilities.
Absolutely. Thanks to our MT-BT 3 accreditation without ceiling and our official classifications, we are authorized to carry out projects of all sizes, from complex industrial installations to major infrastructure projects on behalf of the State or private operators.

Yes. INGTELMA holds the MT-BT 3 Approval without ceiling for the construction of electrical networks, the approvals for MT-BT network studies and power lines, Class 1 sectors J & K from the Ministry of Equipment, Class 4 sectors 4 & 6 and Class 2 sector 14 from the Ministry of Housing.
Yes. INGTELMA is ISO 9001:2015 certified for quality management, ISO 14001:2015 certified for environmental management, and ISO 45001:2018 certified for occupational health and safety. These certifications guarantee the rigor and compliance of all our processes.
Yes, all our qualifications are valid throughout the national territory. They allow us to respond to public and private tenders in every region of Morocco, in full compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements.

We collaborate with the three main national operators: Maroc Telecom, Inwi, and Orange Maroc. On their behalf, we handle the deployment of fiber optic networks, telecom infrastructure, and installation work throughout Morocco.
INGTELMA relies on world-renowned technology partners: Cisco for networks, Nexans for cables, Fujikura & FITEL for fiber optics, EXFO for testing and measurement, Fluke for network certification, and Axis, Milestone and Paxton for security solutions.
Yes. Our teams install , connect, and test fiber optic networks for the industrial and commercial sectors. We have Fujikura fusion splicers (models 50/60/70), EXFO OTDRs, and all the necessary equipment to guarantee high-quality installations.

Yes. INGTELMA has a 24/7 on-call technical support team, distributed across different zones covering the entire Moroccan territory. Our teams are trained to respond quickly to critical breakdowns, disasters, and any situation requiring immediate action on your installations.
Yes. Each intervention is followed by a detailed technical report provided to the client. As part of our maintenance contracts, regular monitoring is scheduled to ensure the proper functioning of the installations and to anticipate any potential problems before they become critical.
